We offer paid referrals to real estate professionals!

 

If you have a real estate license and refer a property owner or tenant (who signs a contract with us) we will pay you a referral fee! 

Owner Referral: If you refer an owner we will pay you the first month's management fee.

Tenant Referral: If you refer a tenant we will pay you 10% of 1 month's rent.

Not So Fine Print:  It must be a client that we are not already working with or have made contact with.   All referrals will be paid to the supervising broker for distribution.  Referral program subject to change without notice.  Void where prohibited.
